General Terms And Conditions Of Service
Scheduling & Service Changes
Services are scheduled based on availability and seasonal demands. Customers must notify Redline Mowing & Trimming LLC at least one day in advance for rescheduling. Weather conditions may affect service schedules; alternative dates will be provided when necessary.
Single Visit Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a scheduled service, written notice must be provided no later than one day before the appointment. Same-day cancellations will incur a $25 cancellation fee.
Please be advised that canceling a service may result in overgrowth, potentially impacting the condition of your property. If excessive overgrowth occurs by the next scheduled visit, an additional overgrown fee will apply.
Payment Policy
To streamline transactions and ensure efficient service scheduling, all customers are required to have a card on file, which will be prompted upon estimate approval.
We require payment to be made via prepay or autopay, allowing for seamless billing and uninterrupted service.
The agreed-upon price for the completed work is due immediately upon completion of the project. Payments should be made to Redline Mowing & Trimming LLC in accordance with the terms outlined in your estimate and price proposal.
Service Frequency
Our standard lawn mowing service is scheduled weekly by default. Weekly mowing is required from May through August to maintain lawn health, appearance, and prevent overgrowth. Service outside this period may be adjusted based on seasonal needs and customer preference.
Overgrown Fee
A lawn is considered overgrown if it requires additional mowing, edging, or trimming beyond a standard service during the visit. The overgrown fee is equal to the cost of your regular lawn mowing service. For example, if your mowing service is $60, an overgrown lawn will incur an additional $60. If a lawn is severely overgrown, it may require two separate services to restore it to a maintained state. If grass exceeds 2 feet in height, we may be unable to service the property to avoid damage to our equipment.
Excessive Pet Waste Fee: If our crew notices that you have excessive pet waste on your lawn mowing visits, we will notify you. The pet waste fee is $20. NOTE: Customers can opt for routine pet waste removal as part of their lawn care service. This service helps maintain a safe and sanitary outdoor space while preventing lawn damage.
Property Access & Liability
If our crew arrives at your property and is unable to access a portion of the lawn due to barriers such as locked gates, pets present, vehicles obstructing access, or other conditions, we will proceed with servicing the accessible areas.
- The full-service fee will still apply for that visit, as unserviceable portions may require additional time and effort on the following scheduled visit.
- To avoid accessibility issues, please ensure:
- Gates are unlocked and clear for entry.
- Pets are secured indoors or in a separate contained area away from work zones.
- Vehicles, furniture, or obstacles are moved to allow full lawn access.
- By maintaining accessibility, you help ensure efficient service and prevent additional costs. If special accommodation is needed, please inform us before your scheduled service.
- Redline Mowing & Trimming LLC is not responsible for damage caused by hidden obstacles or pre-existing conditions on the property.
- Customers agree to hold Redline Mowing & Trimming LLC harmless for any incidental damages.
Flower Bed, Landscaping, and Property Cleanup
Quotes for landscaping, flower bed installations, and property cleanups include the total cost of labor, materials, and applicable sales tax.
For projects exceeding $1,000, a 50% deposit is required to secure scheduling.
If the job is cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled service date, the deposit is fully refundable.
Materials for each project are purchased within 24 hours of the scheduled service date. If a cancellation occurs after materials have been purchased, the deposit will not be refundable.
Advertising Permissions
By booking services, customers grant Redline Mowing & Trimming LLC permission to showcase work done on their property for marketing purposes unless explicitly opted out.
Auto Renew and Cancellation:
All customers are enrolled in an auto-renewal service, which means it will renew automatically each season unless the client contacts us to cancel services. A renewal letter will be sent out each spring (usually in February) showing the upcoming season’s services and expected start time. If you wish to cancel services, we ask that you notify our office (call or email preferred) to effectively cancel services, prior to services starting for the season. Either party may cancel services at any time.
Modification of Terms
Redline Mowing & Trimming LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be communicated via the company website or direct customer notification.
